Phoenix Research is a long standing member of the Research Association (previously AMRO, Association of Market Research Organisations) which includes all the major market research companies in New Zealand. Professional staff are members of the Research Association, or Aotearoa New Zealand Evaluation Association, which ensure professional standards through their Codes of Ethics.
