Overview

Born and raised in Neptune Beach, FL, Caleb Randall fell in love with visual mediums at an early age. His family had a VHS movie camera and he began taking it everywhere he went. After years of experimentation, he pursued his passion at Flagler College in St. Augustine FL with a Film degree.
