As a passionate storyteller, she has spent nearly a decade working in public relations & integrated marketing, serving numerous clients in the fashion, beauty, health & wellness, lifestyle and e-commerce spaces. But throughout her career, inclusivity always remained her biggest priority. As a Pakistani woman and first-generation American, Laila’s ultimate goal was to provide representation for underrepresented groups. So in the summer of 2020, she launched Rani Public Relations: a creative communications agency for purpose-driven brands and multicultural entrepreneurs. Laila has collaborated with many emerging and established businesses to amplify their unique stories.
