Union Street Media was founded by Ted Adler in September 1999. It was called CollegeXTRA and started out of his Middlebury College dorm room with the launch of www.middkid.com, his first website. After working with every kind of website, Ted soon found a need and niche in that of Real Estate. When most Realtors were still using the “Black Book” to showcase their listings in person, Ted ventured into the digital age.
